I highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your vacation rental stay. While we do our best to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all of our guests, unexpected events can sometimes arise.

Travel insurance can provide protection in a variety of situations, including:

1. Trip cancellations or interruptions due to unexpected events like illness, natural disasters, or personal emergencies
2. Medical emergencies and evacuation while traveling
3. Lost or damaged luggage
4. Flight delays or cancellations
5. Weather-related issues such as hurricanes or storms that prevent you from traveling or disrupt your stay
6. Utility interruptions or other issues with the vacation rental property that affect your stay

By purchasing travel insurance, you can have peace of mind knowing that you are protected in the event of any unexpected circumstances. It's always better to be safe than sorry, and travel insurance can give you the security you need to fully enjoy your vacation.

This home is located near San Luis pass. It boasts incredible fishing. Tidal currents at the San Luis Pass are strong and dangerous so please be do not enter the water and always supervise your children.

To get access to the beach, go down Jolly Roger street and park in the small parking lot. There is a cart path to the beach.

Our home is a first row home. Although there is a home partially in front of us (more to our left) our view is still amazing. Since there are no homes completely in front of, or to the right of us, our view of the sunrise is unobstructed.
